The Add Order screen allows for orders
to been placed for each service. If a service does not
require any additional information beyond the "core"
information, like a credit check, it is considered a
"simple service." If a service requires
additional information to be placed, like a criminal check by
county, it is considered a "complex" service.
Complex services may require various information, depending on
what their intended results are. For this demonstration we
will use a criminal check that is location based. For
location-based services, the Location Finder tool assists the
user in determining the proper location criteria using the
state, county, city and/or zip code. Two orders cannot be placed
for the same service and location, this prevents duplicate
orders.
After a location for an order has been selected, Special
Instructions for that particular order can be added to notify
the employment screening company and their suppliers of any
special needs.
After the page is complete, you may the
order and return to the Draft Profile Editor (available in this
demo) or Save and Add Another (not active in this demo)
and add another order location to this service.
